Creamy Garlic Chicken (Boneless Chicken in Creamy Sauce)

Hello everyone....
One of those days when you come home from work all exhausted, tired and with zero energy to cook but tummy is shouting Hungry in all Capital letters in it. But your heart wants something flavorful & homecooked. This Creamy Garlic Chicken can be your answer to make your heart sing with joy as it can be made in such minimum efforts and time in kitchen. Dinner served and loved.

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast : 2
Onion : 1 medium size
Garlic Cloves : 6-7
Chili Flakes : 1 tsp
Oregano : 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder: 1 tsp
Fresh Cream : 1/2 cup
Butter : 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice : 1/2 lemon
Salt to Taste
Oil To Cook

Lets Get Cooking :
Marinate Chicken breast with Salt and Pepper. Make sure you coat them well with both Ingredients on both sides. Set aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
While Chicken is marinated, finely chop Onion and Garlic cloves and keep aside separately.
In a pan add a tablespoon of oil and Butter. Once oil is hot and butter is also melted completely put marinated Chicken Breast in. Cook for 15 mins on medium low flame and flip to other side repeating same time frame or untill the chicken is cooked thoroughly. Once cooked, remove them on separate plate to use later.
In a same pan add finely chopped Onion alongwith chopped Garlic. Saute till Onion gets translucent and Garlic looses its Raw aroma completely.
Once Onion is ready, its time to add Chili Flakes and Oregano. Mix well and cook for a minute or so.
Add half a glass of water. Give a quick stir and let everything boil for couple of minutes.
Time to add Lemon juice and Fresh Cream. Keep stirring everything together till cream gets completely merged with mixture.
Let the mixture boil for couple of minutes. You can see its getting thicken while cooking so cook till you get your desired consistency. I personally love to keep it little thick to enjoy that silky creamy flavor.
Time to transfer Cooked Chicken Breasts back in the pan. Coat them with our Cream sauce and cook for 4-5 minutes to allow them soak in all the flavors from sauce.
Switch off the flame and serve hot.
Tips :
Chicken can be marinated for any extra time which can anywhere range between 15 mins to couple of hours. You can marinate and store in refrigerator for later use. But minimum 15 minutes are advisable.
Adjust the cooking time of Chicken Breast as per their thickness. I took 15 mins on each side but that might not be same with everyone. we just have to make sure they are completely cooked.
Keep the Sauce consistency runny yet thick. Do not make it extra thin as it will loose all the flavors.
